Hello,
My name is Sharon. I live in Huddersfield West Yorkshire with my
husband John and our two children Taylah & Jackson. My love of
Maine Coons started quite by accident when a friend at work asked if
I knew of anyone that would take in her cat, as it was too much for
her. If a home couldn't
be found then "Onion" as he was called was going to have to go to
the cats home.
Well I just couldn't let that happen so the next day a cardbord box
turned up with the most beautiful cat I had ever seen inside it. He
settled in well and was soon part of the family. Sadly we lost Onion a
few years ago but thanks to him and my love for the breed I am now
the proud owner of Six
fantastic Maine Coon Cats.
All my cats live indoors with us as part of the family and are very
outgoing and sociable, Apart from my
stud boy Chesara Princenasseen who is a real love. He has a cat pad
at the
bottom of the garden where he's never lonely because
he has the girls to watch when I let them play
out in the run next door to
him, and then
he has the
occasional
girlfriend to stay
aswell!!
